How to Use Templates

- Browse: Open the Choose a Template modal from your agent creation dashboard.
- Search: Use the search bar to filter templates by industry or use case (e.g., "Insurance" or "Sales").
- Select: Click Use Template on the desired card. This will automatically populate the Agent Designer with the template's prompt, voice settings, and behaviour rules.
- Customize: Once loaded, you can modify the prompt or add your own knowledge base to make the agent unique to your business.
